Combining her knowledge from careers in both education and
corporate finance, our founder and president, Marrey Picciotti,
launched AIM Group Academic in 2005 to address the needs of families
who wanted the convenience and flexibility of private, in-home
tutors, but who valued the quality and professionalism of certified,
experienced teachers.
Ms. Picciotti holds both a B.S. in Statistics and B.B.A. in Finance from Western Michigan University, as well as a M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago and a MAT in Secondary Education - Mathematics from Dominican University. A fourth-generation teacher, life-long student and parent herself, Ms. Picciotti values the academic rigors of teaching and learning and understands the demands on the time of students and parents alike. While she enjoys working one-on-one with students as well as leading several math enrichment courses throughout the year, she is proud to represent many dedicated, professional educators who share her belief that each student is an individual and deserves to be treated with dignity and understanding. |
